How Do I Place An Order?

 

We utilize this website for pricing and informational purposes only.  You may create and submit your order in three ways:

  1. You may create and submit your order here through our online shop. Payments, delivery arrangments and shipping quotes will be done through an email from our secure invoicing and payment system.

  2. You may email your order to us at WigglesAndWagmore@gmail.com 

  3. You may call your order to our staff at     309-863-9377

 

 

You may select the items that you would like to purchase in our "Shop."  After you submit your order, we will then send you an invoice with a secure payment option.  The secure payment option is through Intuit payment system and does not require additional user names or passwords.  For your safety and privacy, your credit card information is not shared or stored at Wiggles and Wagmore.  It is processed through Intuit, a PCI compliant processing company.

 

Shipping

 

Do you want your order delivered directly to your door?  No problem!  Simply create your order and send it to us at WigglesAndWagmore@gmail.com and we will send you a shipping quote.  

 

 

Delivery

 

Wiggles and Wagmore delivers to the following locations:

  • Peoria, IL

  • Galesburg, IL

  • Springfield, IL

  • Bettendorf, IA

  • Coralville, IA

  • Des Moines, IA

 

Shipments and deliveries may be impacted by factors out of our control (delivery from BRB, weather, traffic, illness etc).  We will do our best to keep you informed of delays in product delivery.  Notice of any changes will be emailed as far in advance as possible.

 

NOTE:  WIX, our web hosting company does not currently allow us to have you select your delivery or shipping locations in a way that will meet all of our customer's needs.  Please indicate your shipping/delivery preference when you receive our invoice.  

 

Additional locations will be considered based on need.

No worries!  We have a selection of most of our products on hand.  Just give us a call or email us at WigglesAndWagmore@gmail.com to make a special order.

 

 

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

 

You may utilize the website store for ordering or payments.  You may also email us your order at WigglesAndWagmore@gmail.com and we will send you an invoice.  This invoice will contain a link to a secure credit card payment system through Intuit.  This is particularly helpful if you are using our "ship to your door" option because we will include your shipping quote on your invoice.  Lastly, you may call your order into us at 309-863-9377.

 

Privacy and Safety Policy

 

Your trust and safety matter to us.  We will not share your information with other companies.  Because your safety is very important to us, we have selected delivery locations that are in populated, safe areas near major highways for your convenience.  Delivery vehicles will be marked with Wiggles and Wagmore logo for easy identification.

Returns and Refunds:

 

Your satisfaction is important to us.  If you are having a problem with our products or customer service, please call us at 309-863-9377 and we will make it right.

 

Using PayPal to Pay?

Because of PayPal fees, we will add a surcharge of 3% to all orders paid by PayPal.  Doing so, helps us keep our prices as low as possible.
